how do we create a pinhole as an optical element?

There is a step by step tutorial on simulating a pinhole spatial filter in FRED at the following link:

It uses some of the advanced features in coherent raytracing but the steps are clear. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions on its implementation.

how could I find a CGH file, I tried to find a CGH file in samples but no luck, is there any chance I could download it from somewhere? I am trying to simulate a screen with multiple holes but need to do it for one hole first.
Please advise
